IT Maintenance Contracts
Generally we have 2 type of yearly IT Maintenance Contracts:
- Monthly Fixed charge - based on PC & Server quantity
- Ad-Hoc charge - based on number of remote assistance and onsite support per month.
Price Range
Monthly Fixed Charge
- RM 120 / PC per month
- RM 250 / Server per month
- Nominal Transport charges for outside KL and claimable parking
- Scenario: Company has 10 PCs & 1 Server
- RM 120 x 10 PCs = RM 1200
- RM 250 x 1 Server = RM 250
- Total RM 1450 per month. Fixed amount for unlimited onsite support.
Ad-Hoc Charge
Ad-Hoc Charge simply means we charge according to hours spent onsite or on remote support.
- RM 120 per hour (PC related support)
- RM 200 per hour (Server related support)
