We provide Document Management System (DMS) for digitalizing hardcopy documents.

What is Document Management System (DMS)?

 

 

A Document Management System (DMS) is a centralized document storage system on the network. It stores up scanned copies of printed documents or even soft copies of documents created from the computer without actual printing.

Why shoud I have a DMS?

SHARE documents are kept in a centralized location on the network (server) and everyones can share the documents depending on the privileges given to them. Also access your documents from outside your office with secure access.
BACKUP rest at ease becuase you have a digital copy of your documents. In case you lost the real one, you can always print out the digital copy and have it certified.
     
SEARCH it has a superb search functions that scans through every word of your softcopy documents. So you can now search for a particular word within documents.  
USER INTERFACE DMS runs in web interface, so searching and viewing document details.  
TRANSACTION HISTORY don't know whose deleting folders in your share drive? with DMS, every transaction be it document creation, deletion, or modification is recorded. So every user is accountable.  
PERMISSIONS set which user can access which folder. User friendly permission control, any admin can do it.  
DOCUMENT DETAILS Easily view document details like when it was created and what format it's in, etc.  
PREVIEW Preview the document online straight away before downloading it from the DMS  
CHECK IN Check out a document so that others cannot edit it, It's sort of like a locking mechanism to prevent confusion. Others can edit the document after you're done and have check in.
